- The departure of Portaventura Park to Barcelona is done at the exact time indicated from the same place of arrival. We ask you to be very punctual, because it is the only means of transport available to return to Barcelona.
- Portaventura World reserves the right to organize, program, restrict and close public access to Portaventura Park and/or Portventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land and their different zones and services.
- The opening and closing hours of parks vary depending on the season. The bus to destination and from the park will always respect the established schedules, regardless of the park schedules.
- Some installations may not work and be suspended or closed if necessary for technical, meteorological, safety or operating reasons. Given these conditions, it may also be necessary to close Portaventura Park and/or Portventura Caribe Aquatic Park and/or Ferrari Land. The above does not give visitors to a reimbursement of the entry price or to a change of date.
- Entry staff can request official documents to check the age of children (identity card, passport, etc.). If these documents are not provided, payment of the difference corresponding to the adult rate may be required.
- Express service: you can access certain attractions without being queuing. There are different types of express services. Check the conditions and prices upon arrival at the counters of the Portaventura park.
