- For couples who simply wish to renew their wedding wishes (they are already married) or those who want a ceremony just to have fun (not legally recognized), the marriage license is not necessary.
- The strip closes to the circulation of vehicles on year (December 31) at 3:00 p.m. so the availability of limousine will restrict.
