-Since the pass is nominative, please communicate to us the name and surname of all the passengers and the date of birth of children.

- Validity: The pass is valid for 9 consecutive days from the date of the first use.

- You are asked to select a date of principle at the time of your reservation. Please note, however, that you can activate your pass on the day of your choice (deadline for use: 1 year after purchase)

-Please note that after booking, you will receive an email with a link to download the New York Citypass and to access the Travel Guide. The Travel Guide allows you to consult the availability of attractions live and make reservations.

- Please note: Some attractions require a reservation beforehand, we advise you to book in advance in order to guarantee availability. To do this, please consult the Citypass travel guide.

- Visit www.my.citypass.com to have up-to-date information on attractions, reservations, entry instructions, opening hours and useful advice to plan your visit.

- If you wish to cancel your pass, you will first have to cancel each reservation beforehand (see cancellation conditions specific to each of the attractions in the guide)

- Each attraction can only be visited once.

- For the Empire State Building, night access can only be done on the same day as your day visit: from 10 p.m. to closure from June to August, and from 8 p.m. to the closure from September to May.

- For children aged 5 and under, there is no need to book the New York Citypass because the entrance will be free to most attractions.

- Control of your luggage will be carried out in some museums and monuments after your entrance feet and before your visit.

-The New York Citypass is in the form of a QR code that you will have to present to each attraction, either on your mobile or in printed version (1 QR code per person). It will be sent to you by email

-Important: please provide the main traveler's email address when booking.  This allows you to send the tickets and the Travel Guide link directly to the Customer so that they can easily and easily make the reservation of the attractions.
