Departure time location
Find your guide on the steps outside the northern entrance to Castle Clinton. Castle Clinton is inside Battery Park, at the southern tip of Manhattan.
Your guide will have your tickets. Just introduce yourself and indicate your name in the guide. They will wear an orange hat and/or a blue jacket/shirt.

• Please find your guide on the 3 steps outside the northern entrance to Castle Clinton. This is the entrance facing Manhattan buildings. Castle Clinton is in Battery Park.
• Your guide will have your tickets. Just say your name in the guide.
• Please arrive at 15 minutes before the start of the excursion. The excursion leaves quickly and, if you are late, you will not be able to catch it and you will miss the excursion. In this case, no refund is made.
• Security control takes place before climbing on the transhipman. Park visitors are subject to safety checks such as an airport.
• Driving/parking - There is no parking on site. Parking can be difficult. Please plan in advance to find a parking lot available near the meeting place. Provide additional time to find a parking space and go on foot at the meeting point. We recommend that you take public transport.
• Taxi: tell the taxi driver "Battery Park". This will allow you to get closer to the meeting place. From there, you can walk south to Château Clinton (round brick building). Our staff will be outside the building.

Customers can spend more time if they wish or they can return to the first ferry to return to Battery Park - Back ticket included.
The excursion will end on Ellis Island. Visitors will be able to spend more time if they wish or come back to the first ferry at the Battery Park.
