-We advise you to choose a date at the start of your stay in order to be able to postpone the session in case of bad weather.
- In 48 hours according to your reservation, we will invite you to give your ideal time slot on the chosen date as well as a place for the session (suggestions will be made to you). You will then validate your preferences.
- High resolution photos will be available to you via a download link within 5 days of the service (between 100 and 120 retouched photos for a session of 1 h).
- A request for cancellation made more than 72 hours before the day of the visit gives the right to a 50 % refund of the latter's price.
- A cancellation request made less than 72 hours before the day of the visit does not give the right to any refund.
- The photographer reserves the right to cancel the shoot if the weather conditions are bad. In this case, the session can be postponed to a later or canceled date. In case of cancellation, you will be fully reimbursed.
- If you reserve an activity and the latter had to be canceled due to the covid (new restrictions, positive test when leaving ...), we will offer you a postponement without cost and without time limit.
