- To visit the Tower of Belém, you must present your Lisboa Card at the Ask Me Lisboa office near the tower from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (Tuesday to Sunday). Please follow the Lisboa Card waiting queue.
- If you want the Guidebook too, you must recover it from one of the tourist information points: Praça Do Comedio or Lisboa Story Center (Open from 10:00 am to 6:00 pm).
- The Padrão Dos Descobrimentos is closed from December 16 for rehabilitation work for a period of 3 months.

- Your voucher must be exchanged for your Lisboa Card at the following points:
1- Ask me lisboa | Airport: open daily from 7 a.m. to 9:30 p.m.
2- Ask me lisboa | Terreiro do paço: open daily from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
3- Ask me lisboa | Cais do sodré: open daily from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 2 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
4- Ask me lisboa | Centro Tejo: Open daily from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. and 3 p.m. to 5.30 p.m.
5- Center in the history of cod: open daily from 10 a.m. to 6.30 p.m.
-Compulsory: it is necessary to convert the QR code of the smartphone ticket to a Lisboa Card in one of the exchange points.
