- Please note that the two tickets should be used on the same day.

- Children under the age of 15 must be accompanied by an adult.

- Your ticket is only valid for the date and time reserved.

- The ticket can only be used once and cannot be exchanged or reimbursed.

- Please introduce yourself with your ticket with your Voucher as well as an identity document with photo. 

- Please come at the main entrance at least 15 minutes before the time of the confirmed visit.

- The Dubai aquarium can be visited at any time.
