- Mobile or printed tickets are accepted.
- Present either your mobile tickets or your printed tickets at the entrance to the attractions.
- Your tickets have a single entry (unless otherwise indicated) to the proposed attractions.
- Figure cutting entry for certain attractions.
- Visit the attractions at your own pace, in any order, over a period of 9 days.
- In case of inactivation, the pass expires in the year following the purchase.
- After receipt of the City Pass, you have a period of 30 days to cancel it at no cost, but you will have to comply with a deadline of 3 days before departure. If you exceed this period of 3 days, the product will not be canceled even if the 30 days mentioned above are not expired.
- Entering certain sites may require a security control or reservations with fixed schedule or obtaining their own ticket. This can force you to queue at the entrance to the attraction, especially during vacation periods.
- Each Pass regulator must have a valid identity document.
- Your ticket must be nominative. Make sure your name is written properly.
