Description of your experience

Did you know that Barcelona was once a Roman colony? This is true, the city takes its current name from the Latin word Barcino. The Romans who used to live on the territory gave it to their establishment, some vestiges of which are still visible today in the Gothic district.

Take a walk in its medieval cobbled streets and discover the history of the city. Listen to your guide while you see some of the most important monuments in the city center, such as Las Ramblas. Admire Barcelona cathedral from the outside and amaze in front of the impressive monument. Head to the Born district. Admire the outside of the Basilica of Santa Maria del Mar.

The next step in your visit will be the Picasso museum. It is the first museum created in honor of the painter, during his lifetime.

Discover the details of the artist's life and career. Enjoy the painter's works and his artistic evolution during the visit.

Once the guided tour is completed, you can stay inside the museum as long as you wish.

From March 21, 2024, the Born walking visit will be replaced by a foot tour of the "Barcelona de Picasso".
