** Support at the airport: ** Upon arrival, please recover your luggage and head for the hall of arrivals. Your driver waits outside the terminal in the land transportation area with a sign displaying an Orange Travel Experience logo. Please present your confirmation or an identity document with photo when taking care of. Your transport will be ready exactly 30 minutes after landing time for your flight and can wait up to 60 minutes after landing time for your flight. Arrivals: If by chance you encounter problems to locate your driver, please go to one of the following meeting points: - Terminal 2 (national arrivals) at the Welcome Bar - Terminal 2 (international arrivals) at the Welcome Bar - Terminal 3 at the Margaritaville - Terminal 4 at Welcome Bar ** Support at the hotel: ** Your exact time of support will be confirmed one day before departure From your flight, your driver will wait for you in the hall of your hotel. Please present your confirmation or an identity document with photo when taking care of. Please be ready and wait a few minutes before the time of confirmed care, the drivers are not allowed to wait until 10 minutes maximum after the time of confirmed care.

- The Chiquila ferries in Holbox operate from 6.30 am to 9:30 pm. From Holbox to Chiquila from 6:30 a.m. to 8:30 p.m. Please note that these schedules can be subject to change, plan accordingly.
- For any last-minute change and/or delay, please contact us immediately, please note that all last minute changes are subject to availability and cannot be guaranteed.
