The museum is dedicated to the thought and works of Léonardo da Vinci and it is located in the old downtown Venice, Sesterriere San Polo, at Scoletta di San Rocco, opposite the Scuola Grande Di San Rocco, 100 meters from the Basilica Dei Frari. Inside, visitors will discover the functional and testable reproductions of "Leonard's machines", created from the famous "Da Vinci Code". You can consult some of its main anatomical studies and there is also an art gallery where its main paintings are exposed and described, faithfully reproduced thanks to the use of an exclusive ultra high resolution backlight. The exhibition ends with numerous educational projections retracing the life and work of Léonard and by an original and well -supplied bookstore.

The exhibition is family and recommended for adults and children because it is able to stimulate curiosity and promote understanding of her remarkable work.
It is organized in four sections: earth, water, air and fire. All the machines were built according to the design of Leonardo da Vinci and unless changes have been necessary using the original proportions. In addition to the machines, visitors can discover some of Leonardo's major studies on anatomy and high -resolution retro -resolved replicas of his major paintings that make it possible to explore his medical and artistic works.
The museum offers descriptions in Italian, English, French, German, Spanish and Russian, supplemented by multimedia exhibitions on the life and works of Léonard.
