- Tickets are valid During 9 days consecutive from the first visit and you have a year from the date of purchase to start using them.

- Attractions can set up safety checks or horoded reservations, or they may ask you to obtain a specific attraction ticket

-CAUTION: Some attractions require a reservation beforehand, we advise you to book in advance in order to guarantee availability. To do this, please consult the Citypass travel guide.

- Visit www.my.citypass.com to have up-to-date information on attractions, reservations, entry instructions, opening hours and useful advice to plan your visit.

- Present either your mobile tickets or your printed tickets at the entrance to the attractions.

- Your tickets have a single entry (unless otherwise indicated) to the proposed attractions.

- Visit the attractions at your own pace, in any order, over a period of 9 days. 

- In case of inactivation, the pass expires in the year following its purchase.

- After receipt of the City Pass, you have a period of 30 days to cancel it at no cost, but you will have to comply with a deadline of 3 days before departure.  If you exceed the period of 3 days before departure, the product will not be canceled even if the 30 days mentioned above are not expired.

- Each Pass regulator must have a valid identity document.

- Your ticket must be nominative. Make sure your name is written properly on it.

- Children under the age of 4 can benefit from a free or at a reduced price for certain attractions. However, you will have to queue to get a free child ticket / at a reduced price (a step that you can avoid by paying a children's citypass).

- Once you have bought your tickets, you will receive an email with a link to reserve your time slots. It is recommended to book early to have more availability.
