-The busiest period at London Eye is between noon and 3 p.m. Please note that it is possible that the time required to reach your recovery point is longer than usual.

-Electronic tickets can be displayed on your phone.

-The entry ticket for the London Eye is timed, and it is necessary to present yourself to the attraction on the time and the date reserved.

- Children under the age of 15 will not be allowed to enter the attraction unless you are accompanied by an adult.

- Children under 2 years of age are free, but must be provided with a ticket "under 2 years".

How to recover tickets?

- Please exchange your voucher in e-ticket by going to the London Eye office located in Riverside Building, County Hall, Westminster Bridge Road, London SE1 7PB, near the Waterloo metro station. The office is open daily from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m.

- Make sure you arrive at 15 minutes before the time scheduled with your Voucher and an ID (passport) to recover your tickets.
