Description of your experience

Discover one of the most famous buildings in the world, the Buckingham Palace. Explore the 19 magnificent state rooms, including the splendid white living room and the throne room. These rooms are adorned with invaluable treasures from the Royal Collection, such as Rembrandt, Rubens and Van Dyck paintings, canoe sculptures, superb sèvres and English and French furniture among the most refined. The day begins with a visit to state vehicles in the royal stables, used for crowns, state visits, royal weddings, the opening of the Parliament and other official commitments. Admire the gold coach, used for each coronation from George IV. During the visit of the royal stables, it is also possible to see some of the royal horses in service.

Operation days, opening hours

Buckingham Palace : open from July 10 to September 28, 2024

From July 10 to August 31, 2025 every day, from 9:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. (last entry at 5:15 p.m.)

From September 1 to 28, 2025 from Thursday to Monday, from 9:30 a.m. to 6.30 p.m. (last entry at 4:15 p.m.)

royal mews is open from Thursday to Monday during the opening months, except from July 11 to August 31 when it is open every day.

To know

-you must leave the Royal Mews and wait outside is the King's Gallery (formerly known as Queen's Gallery) until a Golden Tours representative takes you to the Buckingham Palais. You will not be allowed to enter the palace without him.

-Your ticket is only valid on the date and time of your reservation. You cannot use it at another time.

-Strollers are not allowed in State Rooms. You can place them at the entrance and take them out when leaving. Baby carriers are available if necessary.

-For your safety, follow the one-way during your visit.

-You can use your mobile phones in the Palais garden. But turn them off during the rest of the visit.

-Photography is prohibited inside the Buckingham Palace.

-People with reduced mobility must book directly with Buckingham Palace.

-The state rooms of the Buckingham Palace are open during the summer months, when the palace is not used for official functions.
